Private Yoga Sessions
Alison will design and structure your private yoga sessions to incorporate your level of experience, your pace, and the issues you wish to address into a highly customized practice tailored to each individual. She is highly trained in the Universal Principles of Alignment and therapeutic applications of yoga. You may want to consider one-on-one sessions if: * You are a beginner and prefer to be introduced to yoga in a private rather than a classroom setting. * You are an experienced practitioner seeking to gain a deeper understanding of your body, gain symmetry, deepen your practice, or work to overcome specific challenges. * You are seeking guidance to develop a personalized home practice. * You are working toward a specific goal such as increasing flexibility or strength, addressing tight hips, hamstrings or shoulders etc. * You have chronic pain or injury such as neck, wrist, shoulder, back, or knee. * You have health concerns such as digestive disorders, women’s issues, stress, arthritis, insomnia, headaches, etc. Private yoga is available by appointment.
