After 3 years of collaborating and co teaching in various forms with CCC's amazing Dr. Jason Lindekugel, I am now thrilled and honored to be working in his office every Tuesday. If you have therapeutic concerns of any kind, there is a team of body-wholeness professionals at CCC - Chiropractic and movement therapists, massage therapists, and now me. I love working one on one with students of all levels, and work hard to create an experience that will support your individual needs and goals. I will incorporate your level of experience, your desired pace, and the issues you wish to address into a highly customized practice. You might have a longing to finally get into handstand, or to access the power of your core to float into arm balances with ease, and I would love to help. Therapeutic yoga is the new wave in holistic health, and I am highly trained in yoga therapeutics and the the Universal Principles of Alignmenttm. Even students who are temporarily or permanently disabled can benefit in myriad ways when shown how to apply the wisdom of this wonderful practice.
