Thursdays will continue until March 11th, and resume as usual on the 25th Class fees $12 drop-in 5 classes $55 10 classes $100 - expires in 90 days 20 classes $180 - expires in 90 days essentials - a dynamic class for all levels exploring the essential actions and forms of yoga. Sequences will draw mainly from the level one Anusara syllabus expanding - this class builds on a basic understanding of the essentials. Sequences draw largely from the level two Anusara syllabus You can now purchase your classes online - use the paypal link to drop in or purchase a class pass online. Please note - To register for a class you must also tell me you're coming! Include the date and time of class you wish to attend.
