The Anusara Yoga® ImmersionTaught by Darcy Lyon with Alison AlstromThe Anusara Immersion is a complete and in depth look at all aspects of the Anusara method, including all poses on the one and two syllabi, all components of the Universal Principles of Alignment™, and both classical and Anusara philosophy. Darcy and I will be joined by Dr.'s Douglas Brooks for Philosophy and Jason Lindekugel for the anatomy section - both experts in their respective fields. The Anusara Immersion in it's complete 108 hour format (as we are offering it here) is a prerequisite for any Anusara Yoga teacher training, and is a wonderful ground to begin or deepen a teaching practice. However - you needn't be a teacher or even an aspiring teacher to participate. The immersion experience is transformational - a profound expansion of your yoga practice on all levels. It is appropriate for anyone who has an interest in and affinity for the Anusara method, and who desires to deepen their understanding of their yoga and their self.
